About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our Finance Team at United Living Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class financial control and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely month-end processes and submission of group reporting packs
  • Balance sheet reporting and reconciliations
  • Cashflow and working capital reporting, budgeting, analysis, and improvements
  • Ensuring the Company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities
  • Coordination of the Company's interaction with shared central finance functions
  • Coordination of finance requirements for supply chain and customers
  • Central finance governance for project and commercial processes
  • Annual and in-year budgeting and reporting
  • Analysis of standard costings for internal resources

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
  • Experience within construction or services industries desirable but not essential
  • Strong technical accounting background and commercial awareness
  • Personable with good communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to influence key business decisions
