The Role

We are seeking a Senior Global Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Leadership Team. This critical role will work closely with our marketing teams to maximize marketing impact on one of our core channels, while modernizing processes and improving the site's content and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track marketing KPI attainment and analyze performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Define, build, and manage reporting and dashboards that allow the marketing and sales teams to quickly understand what was delivered by marketing activities.
  • Report progress to Marketing and Sales leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Train marketing staff on how to understand and use analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years hands-on marketing analytics experience, including data acquisition, reporting, visualization, and analysis.
  • Deep expertise with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Subject matter expertise with Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with other martech reporting and analytics tools.
  • 4+ years of experience with CRM and Marketo, with API integration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-touch attribution models.
