About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Insurance, Wealth, and Retirement Analytics Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for applying data science techniques to improve decision making and performance within Aviva.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical modelling and machine learning, with experience in handling big datasets and extracting insights from complex data. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain advanced data models and algorithms to drive business insights and decision making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Work with large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive models that drive business growth.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Aviva remains at the forefront of data science innovation.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between £30,000 and £40,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • A bonus opportunity of up to 8% of annual salary, based on performance and company results.
