Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Media IQ Recruitment Ltd.
Job Summary:
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and organizing business Awards Evenings, Forums, and Roundtable events, as well as assisting with 2 annual exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the web team and marketing manager to maintain the in-house awards platform and website, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate judging days, either in-person or virtually, and manage online registrations and attendance tracking.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to organize roundtable events, including email invitations, response tracking, and attendee management.
- Manage event budgets and ensure costs are within allocated limits.
- Oversee the setup and execution of events, including table arrangements, sponsor assets, and trophy procurement.
Requirements:
- Experience in event management, preferably with awards evenings.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work from our Central London offices twice a week.
- 2:1 Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
