Job Title: Care Assistant
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. You'll also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Requirements
