Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Developer

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

The Strategic Partnerships Developer will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with partners, developing local partnerships, and promoting collaboration across sectors.

You will be responsible for raising awareness of funding opportunities, leading project management, and contributing to the increase of participation in sport and physical activity.

Your focus will be on creative and innovative approaches, partnerships, and data-driven insights to drive project success.

Main ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Promote Think Active's objectives and initiatives, fostering collaboration and partnerships.
Project Management
  • Lead project planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities for income generation and business growth.
  • Maintain robust data and insights to inform project decisions, ensuring alignment with Think Active's values and objectives.
Marketing and Communications
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications Leads to align projects with Think Active's strategic objectives.
  • Develop compelling narratives to showcase project impact, driving awareness and engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sports management.
  • Proven experience in partnership development, project management, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
