About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at ELP Consult Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with expertise in Mandarin language skills to take on a key role in supporting our network of talented tutors.

In this position, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between dedicated tutors and students, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all. Your primary goal will be to recruit, onboard, and manage top talent to meet student needs while fostering a positive and supportive environment for our tutors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above, excellent organisational and time management skills, and a great understanding of the UK Universities application process. Additionally, they should possess strong communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy tackling challenges creatively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and Onboard Top Talent: Source, screen, and interview qualified part-time tutors to join our growing team, guiding new tutors through a smooth onboarding process to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
  • Mastermind of Schedules: Efficiently manage tutor schedules to meet student needs, collaborating with academic leads to optimise timetables and ensure availability.
  • Campus Buzz Builder: Champion student engagement by setting up student ambassadors and coordinating exciting events on campus, fostering a vibrant learning community and promoting our tutoring services.
  • Tutor Champion: Foster a positive and supportive environment for our tutors, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing strategies to maximise tutor satisfaction and engagement.
  • Data Detective: Analyse data to track tutor Net Promoter Scores (NPS), identifying areas for improvement and working to boost overall satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
  • Great understanding of the UK Universities application process.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Natural communicator who can build rapport with both tutors and students.
  • Fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling challenges creatively.
  • Possession of data analysis skills to identify trends.
  • Passionate about education and creating a positive learning environment.

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience and location.
