About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Care Assistant to join our team at Aster Group. As a Care Assistant, you will work alongside our dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive a high level of care and support
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Compassion and patience when working with residents
  • Previous experience in a caring industry, such as hospitality or schools, is desirable
  • Ability to pass a DBS check or be on the DBS update service
  • Right to work in the UK
