About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including engaging in activities and hobbies
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Administer medication and document care activities
- Liaise with our office team to discuss client needs and preferences
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 p/h weekdays and £12.50 p/h weekends, plus holiday pay and pension
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- 1-hour minimum client visits
- No uniform required
- Mileage paid at 30p per mile plus travel time paid
- Double pay on Bank holidays
- Fully paid ongoing in-house training
- 1:1 Mentoring from a dedicated experienced Care Professional
- Funded study for NVQ Level 2 & 3 Apprenticeship
- Access to free EAP Wellbeing Programme
- Full PPE provided
