We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver. As a Caregiver with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients in their homes
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Administer medication and document care activities
- Liaise with the office to discuss changing client needs
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 p/h weekdays and £12.50 p/h weekends, plus holiday pay and pension
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- 1-hour minimum client visits
- No uniform required
- Mileage paid at 30p per mile plus travel time paid
- Double pay on Bank holidays
- Fully paid ongoing in-house training
- 1:1 Mentoring from a dedicated experienced Care Professional
- Funded study for NVQ Level 2 & 3 Apprenticeship
