Construction Project Planner

About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Planner to join our team in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling complex construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong understanding of policies, methods, and procedures. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project schedules, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).
- Coordinating the development and implementation of project execution plans, in conjunction with Project Lead, Project Cost Engineer, and Contractor project controls leads.
- Preparing staff, engineering, and construction progress reports, as well as performing critical path analysis and probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules.
What You'll Need
- At least 3 years' experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.
Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
