Main Tasks:
  1. Monitor contractors' progress against project schedules and identify potential issues.
  2. Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and building codes.
  3. Collaborate with the Senior Clerk of Works to resolve defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least one year of experience in construction, preferably with a related qualification (ONC/HNC or higher).
  • Strong knowledge of building design, construction processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
