Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Bupa Clinic in Preston. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our administration tasks and providing an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all back of house administration requirements
  • Ensure all administration supports the centre requirements
  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Answer and screen incoming customer queries
  • Proactively manage local mailbox and emails
  • Maintain a well-presented reception and waiting areas
  • Ensure customer reports are dispatched within the desired time frame
  • Manage customer paperwork and consent forms
  • Process payments, invoices, and credit notes
  • Organise documents and prioritise tasks
  • Assist with bookings and referrals
  • Post and collect mail

Requirements:

  • PC literate with excellent knowledge of MS office packages
  • Experience working in a busy clinical environment
  • Medical Secretary experience
  • Leadership experience and people management skills (desirable)
  • Customer service experience and highly customer-focused
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
