Job Title: Business Applications Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Applications Manager to join our team at Catch Resource Management. As a Business Applications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap for our organisation's application portfolio, aligning it with business objectives and technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the organisation's application portfolio
Align the application portfolio with business objectives and technology trends
Manage and lead the Applications capability across the business
Advise and recommend on upgrading existing systems and installing new software
Engage technology and Information Security resources as required
Manage risks and issues associated with the application landscape

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience of testing software, reviewing code created by other team members, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement ethos within the team
Capability to take an active and supportive role in managing and helping colleagues learn new features and techniques
High technical understanding of IT systems and interface methods
Experience of Business Case development, with experience of managing Supplier SLA's and relationships
Strong organisational, project, and time management skills
Technical experience of managing core business applications ensuring they are secure, stable, and fit for purpose
