We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Hotel du Vin. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality drinks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the bar team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
- Develop and implement effective bar operations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Manage stock control, inventory, and ordering to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and develop team members to improve skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of drinks menus, wine, and spirits.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
