We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our bar team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong understanding of hospitality operations, customer service, and team management. You will be responsible for motivating and educating your team to deliver high standards of service, while also driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the bar team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage bar operations, including inventory, stock control, and cash handling
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys
