Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

EnviroSmart Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Oversee the completion of complex maintenance and repair projects, including the management of subcontractors and in-house staff.
  • Plan and manage budgets to meet maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Review and approve subcontractor proposals to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on the quality of services and products provided by subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Manager, preferably in a similar-sized facility.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to secure a Government clearance in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism for client interaction.
  • Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and/or other building systems is highly desirable.
  • Certification in one of the skilled trades is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in the maintenance of US Government facilities is also a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong client relations skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage costs and control schedule.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety requirements.
  • Ability to coach, lead, and motivate multinational and multi-disciplined employees.
  • Shows leadership, concise execution of plans, vision of project future, and effective communication of vision to subordinates.
  • Integrity and strong communication skills.

Education Requirement:

  • High School Diploma or higher.

Hours of Work:

  • Typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday unless otherwise required by a job/project.
