About the Role:

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dementia Care Manager to lead our dementia community and drive our relationship-centred dementia care strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a committed and loyal caring team to deliver exceptional residential and nursing care.
  • Develop and implement a dementia care strategy that meets the stringent standards of Hallmark Luxury Care Homes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Relationship Centred Care and Dementia Relationship Practitioner to ensure expert knowledge of delivering evidence-based care.
  • Build links with local community groups involved in dementia care and become the Hallmark ambassador for dementia in your local area.
  • Support family members and friends of people living with dementia to become partners in the care of their loved one.
  • Ensure the dementia community meets all the requirements of the CQC, Hallmark's quality and compliance framework, including assessment, care planning, quality assurance, health and safety, and recruitment and management of the team.

  • Ability to lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
