About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dementia Care Manager to join our team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a key member of our care community, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team of carers to deliver exceptional dementia care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a dementia care strategy that meets the high standards of Hallmark Luxury Care Homes
  • Lead and manage a team of carers to deliver relationship-centred dementia care
  • Collaborate with the Head of Relationship Centred Care and Dementia Relationship Practitioner to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community groups involved in dementia care
  • Support family members and friends of people living with dementia to become partners in their care
  • Ensure the dementia community meets all the requirements of the CQC and Hallmark's quality and compliance framework
Requirements
  • Passionate about dementia care and committed to delivering exceptional care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement a dementia care strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
