About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Category Transformation Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about category management and can deliver transformation within a blue-chip defence business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for ensuring up-to-date knowledge of supplier market, including new innovations and key emerging technologies.
  • Leadership of major / business critical supplier selection exercises.
  • End-to-end performance responsibility for acquisition process via RFIs and/or RFPs.
  • Continuous relationship management with suppliers.

Location: Templecombe (with hybrid working options). Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. Benefits include a competitive bonus scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, 27 days holiday + public holidays, and opportunities for progression.
