As a key member of our Power & Renewable Energy team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the EMEA region. This involves working closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business and expand existing relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

In addition to your business development skills, you will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about the Power & Renewable Energy industry and has a strong understanding of the market trends and challenges. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion in the EMEA region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with clients and partners to develop and execute strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and challenges, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and development
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong background in leading teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Power & Renewable Energy industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
