Job Title: Regional Director, Power and Energy

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director to lead our Power and Energy business in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Power and Energy sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a strong background in the Power and Energy sector
  • Excellent business development and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
