We are Strata, a fast-paced and innovative brand experience agency that helps clients like tech companies, electric vehicle manufacturers, financial institutions, and pharmaceutical leaders elevate their brands through immersive live experiences. Our team is passionate about creating moments that matter, and we're seeking an experienced Executive Producer Lead to join us.

This role is ideal for a leader who has experience working as a producer in the events industry, with a focus on full-service experience design and delivery. As an Executive Producer Lead at Strata, you'll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, collaborating with our creative team to develop compelling strategic propositions for clients, and ensuring that all projects deliver against agreed targets for turnover and gross margin.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Brief taking and pitching: Work with Account Directors and clients to define briefs, prepare pitches and proposals, and advise on best formats for delivery – live, virtual, hybrid.
  • Project management: Manage content and graphics, oversee creative delivery teams, collaborate with script writers, copywriters, and speakers to craft engaging scripts and speeches, and ensure that all communication has a cohesive thread running through it.
  • Reconciliation and post-event: Ensure projects are reconciled, information is passed to accounts for billing, and manage internal and external debriefs for review and continual improvement.

Creative Collaboration

We're looking for someone who can partner with our creative team to share audience insights and event objectives, develop think, feel, do, and creative propositions, and work with design, artwork, and animation teams to produce on-brand multimedia content.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, health insurance, a workplace pension scheme, death in service scheme, cycle to work scheme, and regular social events.
