Residential Children's Care Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to lead an established 3-bed residential children's home in Oldham, Greater Manchester. Specialising in care for young people with EBD needs, this is your chance to inspire and make a meaningful difference every day.
The successful candidate will have experience managing homes rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and hold relevant qualifications such as the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 + bonuses linked to Ofsted outcomes, occupancy, and financial performance.
