">Job Title: Residential Support Worker
">We are seeking a caring and committed individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one therapeutic care for children aged 6-17 who are from a background of trauma and neglect in line with their care plans, acting as a role model at all times.
">Responsibilities:
">- You will be participating in the day-to-day operation & duties of the home and ensuring all of the documentation required is completed accurately.
You must be driven to also ensure that the children and young people have an experience of childhood that they deserve, one filled with fun, laughter, friendship, and discovery.
">Requirements:
">To achieve this high level of care, you will be working with a fantastic team and supportive manager to ensure the children in your care have all their needs and requirements met.
">Qualifications Required: Enrolled on or completed Level 3 or equivalent in Residential Childcare. Experience Required: Yes within Children's Residential Childcare or Similar Setting such as Youth Work.
