We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at the END. Store in Soho, London. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, develop relationships, and build on existing customer bases to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • You will work closely with the store team to maximize sales and enhance the company's profile.
  • You will embody exemplary service techniques, driving excellence as a basic standard.
  • You will support other areas of store operation by possessing a good working knowledge of processes and procedures.
  • You will maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards, replenishing stock and adhering to VM guidelines.
  • You will share your in-depth knowledge of products and the industry with customers.
  • You will handle all financial transactions professionally, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of experience in a customer-facing role within luxury fashion or a related industry is essential.
  • Ambition within the retail function is crucial; we want to develop you within our business.
  • Sociability and charisma are must-haves, along with an innate ability to engage and interact with diverse customer types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
