Agency Account Manager

As a Senior Advertising Solutions Expert in the role of Senior Manager/ Associate Director, Agency Sales, you will play a crucial part in driving PubMatic's success by developing and executing the company's private marketplace strategy across Publicis agency group.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with and selling digital advertising solutions into agencies holding companies, trading desks and DSPs. They should also possess a proven history of developing and executing a sales strategy, meeting and exceeding revenue goals, and possessing experience and contacts within Publicis.
About the Role:
- This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in digital advertising solutions and a proven ability to drive business growth
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building a breadth of agency client team relationships within WPP agencies
- They will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of PubMatic's technology and media solutions from an intellectual and applied perspective
- They will need to be able to communicate the value proposition to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets through active selling, account management, program implementation and managing terms and expectations for new and existing clients
Requirements:
- £80,000 - £100,000 per annum estimated salary
- Experience in managing existing clients and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
- Excellent relationships with key agency decision makers and previous experience planning, buying or trading in an agency
- Growth mindset: willing to take risks, ask questions, and even appear foolish in order to learn; not focused on status or authority
