Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Managers and Sub-Contractors to achieve a high-quality product across 100 units of traditional build houses.
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, maintaining high health & safety standards.
- Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the build process from start to finish, including groundworks and handover.
- Proven experience in overseeing multiple large projects from groundworks to handover.
- Background in traditional build housing projects.
