About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Resilience Manager to join our Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) within Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in defining and embedding new strategies, operating models, and control frameworks to protect our critical data services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the mobilisation and implementation of tooling in the Group, enabling Data Resilience to meet regulatory requirements in a more automated manner.
  • Assess data flows from source to destination across the technology landscape and identify opportunities to ensure data loss, corruption, and security breaches are mitigated.
  • Support the embedding of data assessments, including target operating model design, data resilience MI design, and data security policies.
  • Analyse outcomes of data resilience annual assessments and identify vulnerabilities from a data perspective.
  • Support the creation of data lineage using Ins-Pi and ServiceNow, outlining applications required for each step of the journey.
  • Present findings at senior governance forums and drive the execution plan to remediate vulnerabilities.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in financial services, banking, or Tier 1 consulting, with knowledge of FCA, PRA, EBA, and DORA guidelines and regulations on operational resilience and data resilience. You should have strong modern technology skills, including a strong command of ServiceNow, and prior experience working within a role where you have been responsible for identifying data resiliency issues.
