Senior Data Resilience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Resilience Manager to join our Chief Data and Analytics Office at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in defining and embedding new strategies, operating models, and control frameworks to protect our critical data services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data resilience strategies to ensure the availability, integrity, and security of our data services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data assessments, risk management frameworks, and control measures.
  • Lead the mobilisation and implementation of tooling to automate data resilience processes and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse data resilience annual assessments and identify vulnerabilities to inform remediation plans.
  • Present findings to senior governance forums and drive the execution of remediation plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data resilience, risk management, or a related field, preferably in financial services or a Tier 1 consulting background.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA, PRA, EBA, and DORA guidelines and regulations on operational resilience and data resilience.
  • Excellent modern technology skills, including ServiceNow, and experience working with middleware components, encryption, data recovery, and backup.
  • Good experience managing risks and controls, with exposure to disaster recovery, back-up, and restore, cyber threats, and monitoring.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and drive change initiatives.
