Job Title: Senior Data Resilience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Resilience Manager to join our Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) within Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in defining and embedding new strategies, operating models, and control frameworks to protect our critical data services.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement data resilience strategies to ensure the availability, integrity, and security of our data services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data resilience risks.
  • Design and implement data assessments, including data lineage and data resilience MI.
  • Support the embedding of data resilience standards and policies across the organization.
  • Present findings to senior governance forums and drive the execution plan to remediate vulnerabilities.
About You
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, or Tier 1 consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA, PRA, EBA, and DORA guidelines and regulations on operational resilience and data resilience.
  • Modern technology skills, including ServiceNow.
  • Experience working with data resilience issues on middleware components.
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
