We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Manager to join our team at AECOM. As a Cost Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive cost management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cost management services throughout the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies to completion and commissioning.
  • Develop and implement cost management plans, including feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, and value engineering.
  • Provide commercial awareness and risk management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting AECOM's reputation as a leading provider of cost management services.
Requirements
  • Chartered status in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Accredited MRICS (or working towards membership).
  • Proven experience in cost management, with a strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and commercial management principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
