SEN Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Education Support Specialist to join our team at a specialist school in Ealing. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide individualized support to students with Autism and learning difficulties.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and other members of the SEND team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with Autism and learning difficulties
- Assist with lesson planning and implementation
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other staff members
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with Autism and learning difficulties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
