We are looking for a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Acton. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of SEN students in our inclusive learning programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with lead teachers to deliver tailored support to SEN students in the classroom.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans that cater to each student's unique needs.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to lead teachers.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant associate's degree or certification in Special Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children who require special needs support.
  • A strong understanding of SEN student needs and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
