Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Support Worker to join their team in a local school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be able to provide individualized support to help them reach their full potential.

About the Role:
  • The successful applicant will work closely with teachers to develop personalized learning plans for students with SEN.
  • They will assist students with communication skills, increase independence through engaging sensory activities, and promote social interaction.

The role will involve supporting students with severe learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions (ASC), and other complex needs. The successful candidate will be proactive in adapting the learning environment to meet the individual needs of each student.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with students who have SEN.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under the guidance of a teacher and as part of a team.
