Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our Operations Optimization and Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing professional teams and departments to deliver results-driven projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Project Management, Risk reduction, and Problem Solving, with a strong background in communication and stakeholder management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that all programs and projects adhere to Citi's project management standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, stakeholder management plans, and acceptance plans.
  • Ensure ongoing adherence to Citi's policy guidelines and risk/issue management.
  • Identify and include all stakeholders in scope definition activities and ensure they understand project schedules and key milestones.
  • Evaluate and escalate project risks to the Project Director or Project Sponsor as necessary.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a Financial environment, with a strong background in Project Management and Risk reduction.
  • Experience with complex risk and control-related project experience within reconciliations is a plus.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate across multi-executive levels.
