Job Title: Head of Strategy and Policy Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Strategy and Policy Projects team. As Head of Strategy and Policy Projects, you will be responsible for managing complex projects that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry
