Our client is a large and growing company that is committed to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent quality escapes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality-related topics and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015.
  • Experience with auditing and inspection techniques, including 8D, A3, and Ishikawa.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
