Holtec Britain is seeking a highly skilled Fault Study Team Leader to lead a team of engineers in producing fault studies and safety case documentation for the Generic Design Assessment (GDA) of the SMR-300 reactor.
About the RoleThis position involves providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As a Fault Study Team Leader, you will also develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and clients.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of fault studies, severe accidents, and internal/external hazards safety case documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of nuclear safety regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
