We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman/Handyperson to join our team at Premier Estates. As a Handyman/Handyperson, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations, to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, and repairing items.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in the installation and repair of fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work safely and efficiently, using appropriate tools and equipment to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK driving license (desirable).
