About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying any issues and providing detailed reports to customers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding recommended repairs and services, ensuring they understand the necessary work and associated costs.
  • Manage the service department's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient completion of repairs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
