Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Aberdeen

Sector: Timber Frame

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Package

Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging role in the timber frame industry? Do you have experience in commercial management and a passion for delivering projects to the correct price and quality?

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at ARV Solutions Contracts, you will be responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the commercial aspects of various projects. You will handle multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Undertake pre-construction activities, including agreeing on price, terms, and payment terms.
  • Administer contracts and manage project costs through regular reporting.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has a commercial background with experience in a similar role.
  • Ideally comes from a subcontractor background.
  • Preferably holds a degree in a construction field.
