Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Aberdeen

Sector: Timber Frame

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Package

ARV Solutions Contracts is seeking a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the commercial management team, you will be responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects to the correct price and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a commercial background with experience in a similar role, preferably from a subcontractor background. A degree in a construction field is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working with internal teams to deliver projects to the correct price and quality.
  2. Undertaking pre-construction activities, including agreeing on price, terms & conditions, and payment terms.
  3. Day-to-day contract administration.
  4. Reporting project costs through a monthly cost report (MCR).
