Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Aberdeen

Sector: Timber Frame

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Package

Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging role in commercial management? Do you want to work for a UK market leader in the timber frame industry?

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at ARV Solutions Contracts, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of various projects. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects to the correct price and quality.

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Undertake pre-construction activities, including agreeing on price, terms, and payment terms.
  3. Administer contracts and manage project costs through regular reporting.
Requirements:
  1. Commercial background with experience in a similar role.
  2. Prior experience in a subcontractor environment is a plus.
  3. Degree in a construction field is preferred.
