Master Fine Art Packager

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Fine Art Packager to join our team at Red Recruits. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for art and logistics.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to handle and pack various types of fine art and secure them in trucks for safe transport. As a Master Fine Art Packager, you will also be responsible for preparing condition reports and photographs of artworks, as well as picking up and delivering a variety of artworks, including paintings, sculptures, and high-value furniture.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Installation/De-Installation: Safely install and uninstall various fine art and furniture pieces.
  • Preparing Condition Reports: Prepare detailed condition reports for artworks.
  • Loading and Tying Down: Load and tie down artworks within a truck to keep them safe and stable during transport.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in moving or fine art, be familiar with basic art terminology, and possess the ability to efficiently wrap/pack, load, and tie down artworks within a truck to keep them safe and stable during transport.

Requirements
  • Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to work comfortably on ladders, scaffolding, or mechanized lifts.
  • Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
