Accounts AssistantAbout the Role

Brampton Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized Accounts Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the accounts team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger functions and reporting to the Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logging, maintaining, and filing invoices
  • Payment authorization
  • Payment processing
  • Posting and monitoring petty cash
  • Investigating purchase ledger queries
  • Creating company reports
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Managing cash flow
  • Dealing with expenses
  • Reconciling credit control
  • Analyzing wage journal
Requirements
  • Proven purchase ledger experience or previous accounts assistant experience
  • Ideal candidate should have Sage experience
  • A flexible individual with excellent team working skills
  • Proficient in Excel and formulas
Working Hours and Salary

20 hours per week, £26,000 - £27,000 pro rata
