Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to company Health and Safety standards, NHBC requirements, and building regulations.
  2. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify any defects, ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
  3. Plot Inspections: Collaborate with Local Building Inspectors and NHBC representatives to ensure that all plots meet the required standards.
  4. New Home Demonstrations: Conduct New Home Demos with Sales Advisors and customers to showcase the quality of our homes and address any concerns.
  5. Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
