Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join their team in Liverpool. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical designs and documentation for residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural technology, with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a UK-based architectural practice. You will be proficient in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and MicroStation, and have a proven track record of producing accurate tender and construction packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical designs and documentation for residential projects
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with new software, designs, and environmental issues
  • Contribute to the company's success through proactive attitude and continuous professional development

Requirements:

  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subject
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a UK-based architectural practice
  • Experience working on residential projects of varying scales
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and MicroStation
  • Proven record of producing accurate tender and construction packages
  • Excellent technical detailing and drawing skills
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Keen to input to company success
  • Excellent attentiveness to detail
  • Live locally to Liverpool
