Job Title: Supervisor - Oakham

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at ESS, a leading provider of Defence, Government, and Energy services. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
  • Assist with the management of stock and inventory levels
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve performance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
