You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in various complex areas, such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.



About the Role


We care for individuals of all ages, in their homes or communities, with complex needs like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and more. As a Complex Care Assistant, every day will be different, presenting new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on clients' lives.



Salary Information


The estimated salary range for this role is £12,750 - £13,250 per annum, based on a 37-hour week and £12.75 - £13.25 per hour.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and enhance skills in various complex areas
  • Care for individuals with complex needs, including Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to relevant policies and procedures

Requirements


Experience in care is not essential; however, you must possess plenty of care, compassion, and resilience. A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential for success in this role.



Lincoln Location


This role is based in Lincoln, where you'll work with clients in their homes or communities. The shifts available are Monday to Friday (15:30 - 21:30) and weekends (16:00 - 21:30).
